Problem of biblical proportions

A Queensburgh resident is finding the mushrooming of "churches" in residential areas difficult to understand and aks how any God loving citizen can willingly act in contempt of the laws and in defiance of any objections, in the name of God.

Behold… you walk on holy ground! Surely the whole of Queensburgh is consecrated.
The number of churches that have popped up in the area, from Sea View through to Escombe, leaves no doubt and for anyone who still can’t find a traditional church building, you may be pleasantly surprised to know that there may be a “church” at the local school, the old factory, community hall or even the house next door!
For real estate agents, trying to find buyers for older houses with lower values, this phenomenon is a gift.
If you have the money and you are willing to buy it, consider it sold!
I have seen the transformation of many old houses in the area and never once imagined that even I would be blessed with my very own church next door.
On the usually busy Stella Rd, in Escombe, Sunday mornings were predictably quiet and peaceful. Not anymore. Now we are woken by a cacophony of spirited singing, musical instruments and passionate prayers.
Every citizen has the right to worship and these rights must be respected and protected.

However, nobody can assume that these rights outweigh the rights of the rest of the community.

Love, respect and obedience to the laws of the land are teachings of most religions certainly they are the teachings of Christianity.
I find it difficult to understand how any God loving citizen can willingly act in contempt of the laws and in defiance of any objections, all in the name of God. Surely God does not condone such behaviour?
Residents in residential areas, be aware of the land use laws for your area and stand up to those who bend the rules, even for a “higher purpose” because there is no place like home!
Keeping the peace!
