Front row seat for gran

Bongani Ngubane, the manager noticed the gran and was quick to provide her with a seat and offer a cup of tea.

A 91-year-old granny, Mrs Aline Wright, was waiting at the Poly Pony service station late on Friday afternoon for a lift.

Bongani Ngubane, the manager noticed her and was quick to provide her with a seat and offer a cup of tea. Customer service indeed.

Happy day.

And what struck me particularly was that it was peak time at the garage, but he had sincere empathy for this dear old soul who, needless to say, was delighted with the special treatment!
