I WENT to Pinetown Municipality last week and they speedily answered and dealt with most of my queries but there was one thing they were unable to do and suggested to me that I go to Hillcrest Municipality where that query could be dealt with.
The next day I went to Hillcrest.
I was truly impressed by their willingness to sort out my problems and, when the pleasant and patient woman had finished with certain queries, she took me to a gentleman who sorted out the rest.
I went to the supervisor who was pleased at the praise.
I have tried to get a message to the Durban Municipality but not sure it reached there so I would like you to print it in your Highway Mail.
