I WOULD like to say a big thank you to Magistrate Sishi and the maintenance supervisor from the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court.
They dropped what they were doing on 22 September and listened to the problem I had for four-and-a-half months.
It has been very stressful because I was being harassed and accused of something I did not do and I am very grateful that the problem was solved in five minutes and the supervisor discovered that it was just an honest mistake that happened in court.
With all due respect, I wish that the maintenance desk can listen to both sides of the story, not take sides, investigate the matter properly because it has caused a lot of conflict and it could have been worse for somebody else.
I do not wish any other human being to go through what I have been through.
My sincere apology to Hillcrest police who got caught in the middle of this drama.
It was an honest mistake from Court H and has been sorted.
Thank you.
