Hats off to Hyundai Pinetown for incredible customer service

"They were unable to buff out the scratch as it was too deep, so they asked me to bring the car in so that they could repair and respray for me."

I WOULD like to compliment Hyundai Pinetown on their incredible customer service.

I recently bought a demo model from Hyundai Pinetown and was very excited to take ownership.

Through this process Kevin (F&I), Darren (sales manager) and Stephen (sales exec) gave me really good service which one would expect.

However, the day after I took ownership of my car, I went to Sandy Centre to buy pizza for the family.

When walking back to the car I witnessed an inconsiderate driver clip the corner of my car which resulted in a deep scratch. Sadly the driver refused to take responsibility, I was devastated.

I then happened to meet Darren in the centre, to whom I relayed my bad news.

He didn’t hesitate in saying bring the car into the dealership and they would buff out the scratch.

They were unable to buff out the scratch as it was too deep, they asked me to bring the car in so that they could repair and respray for me.

All of this at no charge.

Such remarkable customer service is rare and I strongly recommend Hyundai Pinetown to anyone looking for a new, demo or used motor vehicle.
