EDITOR – For some time now I have been wanting to write this thank-you letter.
Someone in Pinetown is spending a huge amount of time and money helping to make Pinetown look good. The off-ramp from the M13 into Pinetown, taking you to the Catholic Church and Underwood Road, has a small park and traffic island, as well as the gardens surrounding the old Mecer building, which are all really looking beautiful.
I have no idea how much has been spent on it, but it must be a lot, because for months now the previously messy area has been cleaned up, new plants planted and maintained.
A really big thank-you to the person who has gone to so much trouble and expense to keep our surroundings neat and a pleasure to enjoy.
