EDITOR – To the man (I won’t call you a gentleman, because you obviously think you have the right of way over pedestrians) who was behind me turning left into Kings Road from Crompton Street last Thursday.
The robot was green for cars, but also green for pedestrians crossing over Kings Road. They had right of way, and cars turning left had to wait. I waited for the pedestrians to cross and you – impatient man that you are – started hooting for me to go.
Well, you might like running over people, but I don’t. Maybe it’s the fact you have an ND registration number and you do things differently in Durban. Patience, please.
