The race will start at 05:00.

Kidgell reminded local residents that traffic restrictions will be in place on Old Main Road and in Winston Park from 04:30 until around 10:30 on Sunday.

“With race day approaching, entries are selling fast, but we still have entries available. Entries are available at www.webtickets.co.za, or you can enter at any Pick ‘n Pay,” he said.

Registration for the race will be at Hillcrest Villagers Athletics Club on Saturday, February 11 from 10:00 until 17:00.

Race day parking will be available at the underground parking at Hillcrest Corner shopping centre or at Highbury School.

“All finishers will receive a race shirt and a medal, and we will also have a number of food and drinks vendors at the race finish on Sunday,” added Kidgell.
