Biker seriously injured in Pinetown collision
A man believed to be in his 70s was rushed to hospital in a serious condition following a head-on collision in Caversham Road.
A BIKER was seriously injured this morning, Saturday, December 24, in an accident on Caversham Road in Pinetown.
Garrith Jamieson from ALS Paramedics Medical Services said paramedics arrived on the scene to find that a biker and a light motor vehicle had collided on the roadway.
“A man believed to be in his seventies was found to have sustained serious injuries, and immediately, Advanced Life Support Paramedics were dispatched to assist.

“The man was stabilised on the scene before being rushed through to a nearby Durban hospital,” said Jamieson.
The cause of the incident is unknown at the moment.
