A WEEKLY seminar and support group, designed to help rebuild your life after losing a loved one, is being offered on Saturdays at St Agnes Church in Kloof.
The group is led by people who have experienced grief themselves and who want to assist others in their personal journey of loss. There is no cost involved in participating in the weekly seminar.
GriefShare is a programme of grief support offered to the community, which starts on Saturday, August 20.
A member of the GriefShare team, says, “For those of us involved in this programme, we are all advocates for its value as a ‘lifeline’ for the bereaved. Each of us has benefited personally. We encourage an environment where each person feels safe and accepted, to facilitate facing one’s loss and finding a positive way forward.”

The course takes place at St Agnes Church, Abelia Road, Kloof, between 09:00 and 11:00, starting on Saturday, August 20.
