Having always been a salesman at heart, Kogalan Govender, or Kogs as he is known to his friends, is the director of Powerpoint Electrical, which he started back in 2013 after seeing the need for a service orientated, electrical wholesaler in the area.

Kogalan is an ambitious, self-motivated and driven person who is not afraid to take risks. He enjoys riding motorcycles and is a member of the East Coast Motorcycle Club. He also enjoys fixing and rebuilding classic vehicles.
For him, supporting local means to boost the economy and to help create employment. He says a tip that has always served him well in business and in life is to choose the right role model.
