Meet your local community pharmacist

IN 2021 the pharmacy relocated to the Checkers entrance of the Watercrest Mall from the Link Hills Shopping Centre and owner, Pauline Randles created a new look apothecary nature loving designer pharmacy with old family values. Sadly just 10 days after opening, the pharmacy was looted but as Pauline said, it was amazing how the community pulled together to help and she was able to dispense critical meds from her home.

Pauline’s passion is preventative health care – prevention is better than cure!

“Our mission is service excellence. We go the extra mile to ensure our patients are cared for and we know most of them by name.  Our clinic is known to offer a valued service and we offer all the primary health care services 8-5 weekdays, and Saturdays 8-1.

“We stay open until 7pm allowing patients time to get their medicine as they rush home late from work. The community loves our extended trading hours.”

And what does this busy pharmacist enjoy after hours? Pauline says she loves nature and sitting under a tree with her cat to read to escape when she has a gap.
