Kloof Athletics Club and the Kloof Project join forces for fun walk/run and clean-up

Kloof was left spotless after members of the community gathered for a walk/run that ended in a clean up.

THE Kloof Athletics Club, in conjunction with The Kloof Project, hosted their Annual Clean-up Run/Walk, which started from Muddy Dog. Members of the Kloof community were encouraged to participate alongside their families and pets, covering a 5km route.

After the run/walk, participants joined forces with The Kloof Project to collect litter around the area.

The Kloof Project handed out bags and gloves to willing participants, who eagerly filled them. Their green mamba bakkie was then used to collect the bags, which were later deposited in a skip generously provided by Garden Waste Services.

To keep everyone energised, Prime Coffee was on hand, serving coffee and breakfast rolls to participants.
