Hillcrest and Kloof Rotaries join forces

Local businesses are invited to raise funds with the Kloof and Hillcrest Rotaries.

IN an effort to raise funds and invite businesses to support their community projects, the Rotary Clubs of Hillcrest and Kloof have collaborated to host an innovative fundraiser event. The business breakfast is set to deliver insights and strategies for effective business marketing with zero budget while raising funds for the clubs’ ongoing projects.

The Rotary Clubs of Hillcrest and Kloof invite business owners and entrepreneurs to join them. The event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 27, at the Kloof Country Club at 08:00.

Explaining about the breakfast event, Yvonne Gilbert of the Hillcrest Rotary Club said, “Leading the charge will be Darryn Le Grange, a dynamic force in the business world. With an impressive track record and extensive experience, Le Grange will address the challenges faced by businesses in today’s economic landscape. Having held key managerial positions from a young age, he ascended to the role of financial director and subsequently managing director of a security company by the age of 33.

“His leadership saw the company claim the title of best security company in KZN on multiple occasions. In 2014, driven by a lifelong dream, Le Grange took the leap and acquired an ActionCOACH Ignite franchise. In this new capacity, he immersed himself in his passion for nurturing business growth and helping business owners realise their full potential,” she said.

Gilbert said the theme of the breakfast event will be ‘Marketing Your Business with NO Budget’. Under this theme, their guest speaker, Le Grange, will reveal actionable strategies that empower businesses to harness the power of marketing without a financial outlay.

“With insights drawn from his extensive experience, Darryn will demonstrate that ingenuity and creativity can often be more valuable than a hefty marketing budget,” she said.
