A TRUCK lost its load on the M7 Durban-bound at the Main Road off-ramp this evening in a multi-vehicle accident. ALS Paramedics are currently on the scene of the crash. According to reports, a truck lost its load on the highway, causing other vehicles to crash, with at least two of them overturning.

- ALS Paramedics spokesperson Garrith Jamieson said, “Multiple patients are being treated on scene, and more resources are mobile to assist.”
Road users are advised to find alternative routes.
