“They are all over, I have a small car. I shop at the centre almost everyday and I can not afford to pay for parking every time I go there,” she said.

West said she has brought up the matter with the centre management and did not get any response.

“I am not sure who is responsible for the parking area but can that person please do something urgently, vehicles will get damaged,” said a concerned West.

Centre manager, Michael Larson apologised for the inconvenience and said they are undergoing a tender process for laying new tar on vast expanses of the centre as well as filling in potholes.

“Due to the very nature of the tender and costs involved, this is a process that needs to be followed diligently and thoroughly. As such , the project will only take place once the tender is finalised,” he said.

Larson advised shoppers to make use of the various other paid parking areas which have more than adequate parking facilities including Level 1 undercover, Level 2 undercover, Level 3 open parking as well as Level 4 rooftop open parking in the meanwhile.
