All aboard for romance this Valentine’s weekend

Passengers can do some shopping, grab a bite, and enjoy home-grown coffee at the Inchanga Station Craft Market.

CELEBRATE Valentine’s Day while enjoying a scenic trip from Kloof Railway Station.

The journey departs from Kloof Railway Station, traversing on the Old Main Line, meandering along the Valley of 1000 Hills, through one of the oldest operating tunnels in South Africa to Inchanga.

The train takes a three-hour round trip from Stokers to Inchanga Station and back again. There is a pop-up market and food fair at Inchanga, and one can visit the railway museum and model railway exhibition.

Guests can also buy refreshments and souvenirs at the railway station. Trains depart from Shunters Arms, Kloof Railway Station on Saturday, February 12 at 12:30 and Sunday, February 13 from 08:30 and 12:30.
