Tomorrow is D-day to register to #getcounted remotely

Government, businesses, international organisation and NGOs use Census data for planning, monitoring and evaluation.

THOSE wanting to have their data collected for SA Census 2022 remotely have until tomorrow to register for this service.

Stats SA encouraged all, on their Facebook page, to #getcounted.

“Let us make sure that we leave no one behind. We encourage all who resides within the borders of South Africa to #GetCounted in the #SACensus2022,” the post read. [sic]

This method involves respondents completing a questionnaire online, which requires no data or being interviewed telephonically.

Respondents will still need to register even if they opt for a Stats SA official to contact them via telephone.
