Durban’s favourite night race is back

Get ready to compete in this year's Jump City as the course takes you through heart of uShaka Marine World, the aquarium and Wet & Wild.

GET ready for Durban’s most loved night race, Jump City, on Friday, December 3. The event promises to be a fully loaded and action-packed race.

Organisers of the event said Jump City will be fully Covid-19 compliant, while still providing all the thrills, spills and adventure this hugely popular race is known for. This year marks the eighth time the race has taken place.

It will start and finish at uShaka Marine World and will now cover 7kms.

First up will be Hell on the Harbour, that sees runners take to the beach before going straight into the depths of uShaka Marine. Here, they will run through the Seaworld Aquarium before taking their first splash of the day.

The route will then leave uShaka and head out towards the Point development for a little ‘PT’, where race marshals will try their best to get runners lost in a giant maze. The last 1.8km of the ride consists of slides and rides at uShaka Marine World, designed to add an extra thrill just before the finish line.

The route will have between 20 and 24 challenges, so enter now to be part of this action.
