Two shot, one dead in Pinetown shooting

The area around the Pinetown Magistrate's Court was cordoned off by the police.

ONE person was fatally shot outside the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court this morning.

Members of the public are urged by the police to stay away from the vicinity as it has been cordoned off for investigation.

According to Marshall Security’s Andreas Mathois, the nature of the incident was unclear. However, SAPS and various security companies were on scene.

Pinetown SAPS will release a statement later today.
