THE eThekwini Municipality is awaiting the budget approval for a multi-million Rand reservoir upgrade in KwaNgcolosi, near Hillcrest.
According to the municipality’s spokesman, Msawakhe Mayisela, the budget for the project is R12.8 million and includes the construction of a 3ML RC reservoir.
“Consumers in high level areas were without water hence, there were water restrictions in the area. The development of the area is also causing water shortages,” said Mayisela.
