Suspected thief caught mid-act in Kloof
The intruder was caught climbing the plumbing of the building by a local security officer.
A SUSPECTED thief was caught trying to gain access to a Kloof business on Nkonka Road recently.
Fidelity ADT’s security control room received an alarm activation from the business premises and an armed response officer (ARO) was dispatched.

Alexius Zungu arrived at the scene a few minutes later and noticed the suspect climbing up the building’s drain pipes towards the upper level windows, which were open.
Zungu instructed the man to return to ground level. The suspect was apprehended and later placed under arrest by members from Kloof SAPS.
