IEB 2020 matric results: Curro Hillcrest

The school achieved a 100 per cent pass rate for 2020.

CURRO Hillcrest congratulated its matric class of 2020 for achieving a 100 per cent pass rate alongside a 94.4 per cent Bachelor’s Degree pass.

Megan McGaw achieved 8 As, Kaitlin Howes and Tamryn Edwards each achieved 7 As and Lleyton Marshall and Zoe Schroder achieved 6 As each.

The average across all subjects was 71 per cent and 31 per cent of all subject symbols was an A symbol. The total number of distinctions across the grade was 159, with an average of 2.2 distinctions per learner.

“The matric class of 2020 can be pleased with these academic results. We wish them everything of the very best as they pursue their dreams and we look forward to hearing of their progress and further achievements in the future. We thank them for not only flying the academic flag high, but also for their valuable overall contribution to the rich tapestry of Curro Hillcrest,” said the school’s executive headmaster, Paul Guthrie.
