The Woza Moya store is also currently having a sale on all of its Christmas items.

HACT’s White Elephant Charity Shop is closed this week and will re-open on Monday, 11 January. From then, the opening times for the White Elephant and on-site haberdashery will be from 8.30am to 12.30pm from Monday to Friday and will be closed on Saturdays and public holidays.

The Shongweni Farmers and Craft Market will remain closed. This will be reassessed on Friday, 15 January.

“A huge thank you to our loyal market community. Please keep supporting all our stall holders online if you can. Your ongoing support is what keeps our community thriving,” said the market administrator, Donnee Murray.

The Heartstrings Community Project’s Trading Co. and Pilgrim’s Rest Tea Garden (85 River View Drive in Crestholme) will remain closed to the public during the level 3 lockdown and will re-open on Tuesday, 19 January.

“We will focus our energy on creating a lovely place for you all to come and visit soon and will continue caring for those in our community who are in need. Thank you for your support and understanding,” said Paula Louise Strydom.
