Two die in Field’s Hill horror crash

The driver of one of the vehicles was uninjured in the crash.

Rescue Care’s media spokesman, Rowan Scandroglio, said they, along with Red Line Response, attended the accident scene.

“Paramedics assessed a male and female, who were found trapped inside the one vehicle, however, they both had fatal injuries and were declared deceased on the scene,” said Scandroglio.

The Netcare 911 Rescue Unit was called in to assist with the extrication of the deceased.

Scandroglio noted the driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.
