#QueensburghSnappers: Get your pictures in for October

We want to see your most creative photographic entries in #QueensburghSnappers competition for October.

FOLLOWING on the wide range of entries interpreting the September #QueensburghSnappers with the theme #MyQueensburghHeritage, a decision was made to leave October’s competition completely open for any photos you would like to submit.

Queensburgh News is hoping to find which of our readers is able to produce the most creative, interesting, beautiful, poignant or heartwarming photo each month. We have already received some entries for October. ‘s #QueensburghSnappers.

Chelsea Bleakley sent in this photo for the October competition.

However please ensure you do include the following information with your photo:  Your full name, where the picture was taken, and think up a title for the photos.  Single submissions are preferred, but series of no more than five pictures are also acceptable.

The winning photo will be featured on our Queensburgh News  Instagram and  on the Queensburgh News Facebook page  as the cover image for the following month.

Checklist

The deadline for submissions is the 15th of each month in order to qualify to be considered for the month end edition of Queensburgh News. Photos need to be large enough for print use, generally a file size of 2Mb or more is sufficient.

Email entries to evem@dbn.caxton.co.za making sure to include the details about the picture and if possible a mobile phone number in case our reporter wants to contact you about anything and put #QueensburghSnappers in the subject line. Look out for information on the Queensburgh News Facebook page, Twitter feed, and Instagram account.
