Kloof SPCA is a saving grace for rescued puppy

Grace will be placed up for adoption when she is given the all clear from the organisation's vet.

THE Kloof and Highway SPCA received several calls on Thursday, 17 September about a puppy that was spotted in Crestholme that looked to be both sick and frightened.

Inspector Petros Simamane and a field officer, Docter Mthombeni, were dispatched to rescue the dog.

Thankfully, while they were searching for the dog in a bushy area, a member of public arrived at the local animal welfare reception with the dog in hand, wrapped in a shirt.
