Help us create the Queensburgh News you would most like to read

Queensburgh residents and businesses are invited to respond to a quick online survey.

QUEENSBURGH News wants to fine tune the focus of the newspaper to ensure we are bringing you the news you are most interested in.

While we have already begun including reader’s comments in our #QueensburghChatBack page, we want to learn even more about how we can make the Queensburgh News your favourite read.

In order to make this happen, we are running a survey for readers and advertisers.

Sorry. This form is no longer available.

The data collected from our readers and advertisers will help add more value to the Queensburgh News print and digital editions.

Queensburgh News is also rolling out exciting new features such as PixZar, which has already been launched for the Highway Mail

We also want to encourage more communication between the Queensburgh News print edition, its readers, advertisers and anyone else interested in the area.

We want to hear from you about what you would like to read, where you prefer to shop and what you would like to shop for.

Your answers will inform the direction we take with our news coverage and the advertisers we target.

The survey will only take a few minutes of your time.

Caxton Local Media Covid-19 reporting

Dear reader,
As your local news provider, we have the duty of keeping you factually informed on Covid-19 developments. As you may have noticed, mis- and disinformation (also known as “fake news”) is circulating online. Caxton Local Media is determined to filter through the masses of information doing the rounds and to separate truth from untruth in order to keep you adequately informed. Local newsrooms follow a strict pre-publication fact-checking protocol.  A national task team has been established to assist in bringing you credible news reports on Covid-19.
Readers with any comments or queries may contact National Group Editor Irma Green (irma@caxton.co.za) or Legal Adviser Helene Eloff (helene@caxton.co.za).  At the time of going to press, the contents of this feature mirrored South Africa’s lockdown regulations.
