Hirsch’s Entrepreneurs Workshop Webinars are a hit

Hirsch's Entrepreneurs Workshop Webinars help small business owners around the country during lockdown according to feedback.

HIRSCH’S Entrepreneurs Workshop Webinars have continued to grow in popularity.

Held on a weekly basis – every Friday at 11am – they have been a place of sanity and comfort for struggling small business owners around the country during lockdown according to feedback.

The powerful duo anchors, Margaret Hirsch and ActionCOACH’s Marlene Powell, give sound, sage, and practical advice on how entrepreneurs can keep their businesses healthy during this extraordinary time in our history.

Last week, Friday (22 May), they were joined by Consumer Watch’s Wendy Knowler and ActionCOACH’s Harry Welby-Cooke.

Wendy pointed out that CEOs need to make a commitment to be the go-to person when it comes to consumer complaints.

“Communication, even if it’s not going to be positive at a time like this, is vital and the CEO needs to be in the front line when it comes to dealing with the public,” she said.

With regards to bookings made and cancelled, the CPA still stands and refunds need to be given she said.

Harry Welby-Cooke, the Master Licensee for ActionCOACH South Africa, said that knowing that businesses are going to take a knock, but understanding that they can still survive, is extremely important.

“Don’t keep looking at the negative. There are also a lot of positive things happening right now” he said. “Don’t focus on fear. Be an inspiration to those around you!” said Margaret.
