ONE man was arrested and stolen goods were recovered in a joint operation between Blue Security’s Tactical Team and Hillcrest SAPS on Friday in Molweni.
“One suspect was apprehended and arrested during the successful operation which occurred as a result of intelligence received,” said Blue Security’s community and media liaison officer, Andreas Mathios.

Five brushcutters, a lawnmower and a bicycle were some of the items recovered in the combined operation.
Mathios said the stolen items were linked to multiple, recent housebreakings in Crestholme and Waterfall.
“As more leads are being followed up, it is believed that more stolen goods will be recovered and further arrests are pending,” said Mathios.
