Public encouraged to inspect general valuation (GV) roll

The roll was published on 21 May 2020 and is open for inspection until 31 July 2020.

ETHEKWINI Municipality has released its fourth supplementary valuation roll for the 2017 general valuation.

The roll was published on 21 May 2020 and is open for inspection until 31 July 2020.

Property owners are encouraged to inspect the roll to determine whether the entries reflected therein are a correct reflection of their property.

The property owner may lodge an objection if he/she feels that the valuation is either too high or too low.

The form for lodging of an objection is obtainable at Valuation Roll, Real Estate Unit, 5th Floor, Embassy Building, 199 Anton Lembede Street (Smith Street), Durban or Website: www.durban.gov.za
