The statement came a day after the City announced that all garden refuse sites remain closed under level 4 of South Africa’s Covid-19 lockdown regulations.

“The public will be informed when the service resume in garden refuse sites. Residents are urged to keep their garden refuse inside their properties during this time,” Nsele said.
