IT’S the season to be jolly and what better way to kick-off the merriment than to head down to The Pavilion Shopping Centre and experience the festive season fun for yourself.

And there’s just about something for everyone from fun and exciting activities for children to some culture and great music from the philharmonic orchestra for the grown-ups and even a heart-warming project that sees The Pavilion give back. The popular family shopping centre is working hard to make sure that this Christmas season is all about peace, joy, love and of course, a little retail therapy.
“We are geared to creating a safe, yet fun and festive space for holidaymakers, new shoppers and our regulars this season,” said general manager of The Pavilion Shopping Centre, Nisha Kemraj.
The Pavilion has already erected a glowing giant Teddy Bear outside Superga which forms the backdrop for the Photos with Santa from 6 to 24 December.
The centre is also kicking off the brilliant season with two kid’s offerings from 6 December: Dingo’s Record Breaking Reptiles located next to Sportsmans Warehouse and a thrilling, Fun Fair at the Checkers open parking lot, both of which are set to amuse, entertain and enthral children of all ages.
There will also be a first-of-its-kind Tunnel Of Fear in the exhibit. Here, people can come face-to-fang with some of their biggest fears. The entry fee is R60 per person with free entrance for children under two years.
