THE Guild of St Mary’s Old Girls recently hosted a special tea to celebrate its local Golden Old Girls at the school.
Old Girls from the 1940s through to the early 70s, as well as special Honorary Old Girls, were treated to delicious eats and tea.
The rain held off long enough so the junior primary choir girls could delight the group with an animated programme of songs. The favourite was the school song as it had both the young and old Saints singing along.
Past photos were then brought out as the ladies took in the bright, new archives room alongside the dedicated archives team.
