Truck on fire near Pavillion on N3 Pinetown bound
Motorists on the N3 heading in the direction of Pinetown would have seen the truck on fire near the Westville off-ramp on the N3.
A TRUCK on fire in the middle of the N3, near the Pavillion heading west, has caused disruption on the road as rescuers try to put out the blaze.
Three lanes of the freeway were closed as the fire department fought the blaze.
Shortly before 10am on Friday a voice note from Rescue Care paramedics was released along with pictures of the truck.
According to Garrith Jamieson of Rescue Care Paramedics, no one was harmed in the blaze. He said the fire department and other authorities would be investigating the cause of the fire. According to Jamieson, the truck was empty at the time of the incident.
