Moms serious about business
The goal of the organisation is to create a platform, which through educational and value adding networking sessions.
MOMS In Business SA (MIBSA) hosted a coffee and networking morning at Mad Monks Coffee Shop, Fainting Goat Centre, Botha’s Hill on Saturday, 26 January.
MIBSA is an organisation conceptualised by mom and businesswoman, Candice Underhill, through the challenges she faced as a mom in business.
“The goal of the organisation is to create a platform, which through educational and value adding networking sessions, will provide moms in business in South Africa with the information and tools needed to start, grow and run a successful enterprise,” said Underhill.
Every year the organises host events with the aim to develop South African mompreneurs holistically, catering for business skills, providing business related resources and also encompassing wellness into their programmes.

“Being a mom is already a full-time job and it is our aim to provide the necessary support moms in business in South Africa need to run a thriving business,” added Underhill.
The organisation has presence in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng and will host events throughout the year.
