THE teachers and learners of St Benedict School joined in supporting National Sunflower Day by wearing their TOPES (Tubes of Hope) to school on Thursday, 20 September. The Grade 2 learners also held a special cupcake sale and all proceeds were donated to The Sunflower Fund. The Sunflower Fund is committed to giving hope of life to adults and children in need of blood stem cell transplants.
