Saree Queen crowned at senior citizen’s luncheon
The members from the group also enjoyed a delicious lunch in celebration of Diwali.
THE Wyebank Senior Citizens Club hosted a delightful Diwali lunch as well as a Saree Queen contest last week.
There were 46 members in attendance and 15 of them eagerly entered the competition.

The judges chose Maya Sanchoo, crowned by Lilly Marie, the 1st princess was Lalitha Ramdeen, crowned by Lilly Narsiah and the 2nd princess was Radha Ramsaram, crowned by Managie Naiker.
The club’s chairman, Ruben Vandayar, said, “It was a wonderful morning and everyone had so much fun.”
