POLICE in Pinetown ask if anyone has seen or knows the whereabouts of Siboniso Madlala (22) of Phili Street in Nazareth.
Siboniso was last seen on 24 July at about 2pm when he left his home where he stayed with his family.
“According to his sister, he is mentally disturbed. He was last seen by his mother wearing blue pants, a green T-shirt and a navy blue jacket. He is about 1.6 m tall and is has an average built.

“He has a big forehead, a round nose, black hair and a black moustache. He liked visiting the Durban beach front,” said Pinetown Cluster communications officer, Capt Bongumusa Manqele.
