Bless a granny and grandpa with Robin Hood Foundation

With the amazing support of the community, this has come to be a project that the elderly folk most look forward to.

THE Robin Hood Foundation is hosting its Bless-a-Granny and Grandpa campaign again this year and appeals to the community to help put a smile on the senior citizens’ faces.

Since the start of this project in 2010, known then as Adopt a Granny, to date Bless-a-Granny and Grandpa Project has seen the organisation hand out more than 20 000 gifts to grannies and grandpas in old age homes around the Durban area.

Chairlady of Robin Hood Foundation, Cindy Norcott, appealed not only to just individuals but to companies to participate in the campaign.

“Companies can also use this worthy cause as a team-building initiative for their staff.”

Kim Griffith Jones, co-ordinator of The Robin Hood Foundation, said this is a personalised campaign to get a wishlist specifically for a granny or grandpa, and make their wishes come true. Contact Kim on 076 612 9060 or email info@robin hoodfoundation.co.za.
