Trespasser arrested in Waterfall

One of the two men were caught as they fled the scene and was handed over to the Hillcrest SAPS.

A TRESPASSER was swiftly arrested by a Blue Security armed response officer who was responding to a panic alarm activation in Waterfall.

Blue Security’s community and media liaison officer, Andreas Mathios, said a resident in Brackenhill Road pressed their panic alarm when they spotted two trespassers on the premises at about 12.40pm on Wednesday.

“When the officer arrived at the scene, the trespassers had fled already but the officer tracked down one of the suspects and made an arrest in Kundalila Road,” said Mathios.

The suspect was handed over to Hillcrest SAPS.
