Eco champs host ‘Water is life’ awareness

Everyone is invited to support this educational festival on Saturday, 28 July.

THE Clermont Eco champs invite the community to their water awareness programme, Amanzi Ayimpilo (Water is Life) on Saturday, 28 July from 10am to 2.30pm at Christianenburg Stadium in Clermont.

This awareness event will be supported by schools. Numerous educational activities will be hosted as well as live entertainment.

Aller River Pilot Project liaison officer, Thozeka Ntlukwane, said people need to save water before it’s too late and know that every drop counts. “Life will be no more without water. Our rivers are getting polluted and that is the reason behind this awareness.
