Shattering success for KSP’s glass recycling project

The school received R50 000 for their ongoing efforts to reduce the number of bottles that end up in landfills.

KLOOF Senior Primary School were once again announced as the national winners for glass recycling by the Glass Recycling Company.

The school received R50 000 for their ongoing efforts to reduce the number of bottles that end up in landfills.

The school’s principal, Bernice Love, said, “We are extremely proud to have won this competition again, however, it is not only about the money, it’s about making a real difference. Kloof Senior Primary would like to extend their thanks to the Kloof community for their support as well as Makaranga, Stokers and Bellevue Café.”
