Ethelbert appreciates neighbourly kindness

Recently, the Moodley family celebrated the birthday of their two-year-old grandson, and in an act of kindness, invited 22 children from Ethelbert Child and Youth Care Centre to join them for the celebration.

GOOD neighbours are a welcome blessing and Ethelbert Child and Youth Care Centre is privileged to enjoy the favour of noble neighbours, Bianca and Mary Moodley.

“Because we have been neighbours for many years and share a special relationship, the Moodley’s have been known to spoil our children at times,” Ethelbert Director, Vanessa Theophilus said.

“It was a fun day, filled with plenty of excitement and entertainment for the children. As one could well-imagine, Ethelbert is home to 65 children, which at times can get very noisy and disturbing. Yet we are blessed with good neighbours that never complain,” Theophilus said.

“We are so blessed to have been able to share their special day with them,” she added.
