BAGGING a spot in the Miss SA Top 12 has still not sunk in for Pinetown beauty, Noxolo ‘Nox’ Ndebele.
The finalists for Miss SA 2018 were announced yesterday at Maslow Hotel in Menlyn.

Noxolo, along with Chatsworth local, Karishma Ramdev (23) are the only two hopefuls representing KwaZulu-Natal in this year’s pageant.

Noxolo who could not hide her excitement when the Highway Mail called her said she is still taking in the news.
“I am excited to be on this journey, I do not regret my decision of pursuing my modelling career especially coming from the rural area of Nongoma.
I'm proud to have been selected as one of your top 12 for Miss SA 2018. I've learnt a lot from everyone already, and I'm excited for the journey ahead.

“This is definitely a great experience and I believe that determination and being positive played a huge role in me making it this far. When I put my mind to something, I do it straight away, I do not think twice,” she said.

The 24-year-old said the articles that were printed on her and interviews she did on the radio stations really boosted her confidence.

“The Highway Mail also wrote a beautiful piece on me, I am so very grateful,” she said.
Noxolo has a BCom Acc degree and worked as a financial controller and hopes to continue her studies until she has her honours.
