Celtic shoes burn the dance floor

The day also offered ceili dancing where two or four members danced together in unison.

THE KZN Irish Dance Feis was held on Saturday, 10 March at Pinetown Girls’ High School.

The day started at 10am and ended at 3pm and offered a high standard of dance with a number of new dancers taking the stage.

Special mention goes to Crystal Hayden from The Sheila Davidson Studio and Samantha Parker from the Parker Studio for winning their traditional set in the Mean and Ardh sections.

These girls won numerous medals throughout the day. The day also offered ceili dancing where two or four members danced together in unison.

Wendy Mays from the Cape was thanked for judging the competition and Bronwyn Parker was thanked for organising the event.
