Revved up donation welcomed by Fulton

A culmination of fines formed a substantial donation for Fulton School for the Deaf.

FULTON School for the Deaf was the chosen recipient of the Vintage Car Club in Kloof’s donation of R10 025.

The club’s president, Peter Hall, said the club’s members were fined for various wrong doings throughout the year and the total sum of the fines formed the donation amount.

“When I hear this is from fines, what a pleasure to be a beneficiary of your wrong doings,” laughed Fulton School for the Deaf’s principal, Beryl Campbell. “It is by donations like this that make the excellence of our learners possible. This amount is sufficient to cover school fees for one child for an entire year,” she said.
