Police search for missing Mariannhill couple

Langelihle left his room on 13 December to meet his girlfriend Nozipho but they both never returned.

MARIANNHILL police are seeking assistance from the community to help find a couple from the Mpola area, Mariannhill.

Langelihle Mazeka (41), left his place of residence on the night of 13 December 2017 to accompany his girlfriend, Nozipho Mnguni (27), who was finishing late at her place of employment, a local hotel.

According to KZN police spokesman, Lt/Col Thulani Zwane, Langelihle would always go to meet Nozipho when she finished late at work as she had to pass a dense Umhlathuzana forest, to get to her house.

“On that day, it is alleged Langelihle left their room with the light on and also left his cellphone to meet Nozipho. Both of them never returned and they have been missing since then. Langelihle is originally from Impendle and Nozipho is from Greytown,” said Zwane
