Golf day funds set to restore dignity

The St Mary's Parents Society is already planning its 2018 fund-raiser and early-bird entries are now open.

THE St Mary’s DSG golf day fund-raiser, which is run by the school’s parents’ society and sponsored by Landrover Jaguar in Hillcrest, was a great success.

The Parent’s Society were excited to donate R8 000 to their chosen charity, Project Dignity.

Sue Barnes, a past St Mary’s parent and founder of Project Dignity, was delighted to receive the cheque from Susan Stanley, the parent’s golf day coordinator and Jacqui Horsley, chairwoman of the St Mary’s Parent’s Society.

“It’s donations like this that help change the lives of young women in our society. I truly appreciate the support,” said Sue.

The school will host its next golf day fund-raiser on Friday, 16 March 2018 at the Kloof Country Club.

To sign up, contact Susan on 083 797 3880.
