LIFE Westville Hospital was awarded the Life Healthcare 2017 Hospital of the Year Award (in the large hospital category) at a glittering gala awards evening held at Emperor’s Palace in Johannesburg recently.
Hospital manager, Riaan Croucamp, said the hospital is delighted to receive this prestigious award.

As a top achiever in the category, Life Westville Hospital was recognised for its all-round performance taking into account combined aspects such as clinical outcomes, infection prevention, employee perception survey, staff turnover, quality scores, patient surveys, and financial performance.
“I would like to thank the doctors, staff, management team, suppliers and key role players in the hospital operations most sincerely for their hard work and commitment which culminated in receiving the outstanding accolade and for contributing to the hospital’s success,” said Croucamp.
